Good point about the problem with riding shotgun. I just installed this yesterday (http://justoutsideboston.wordpress.com/2006/12/18/laptop-desk-for-my-car/) and haven&#039;t had anyone in the car with me yet. So, I can&#039;t be sure of the comfort. If it&#039;s too crowded I can remove the laptop desk. The two joints that provide angle and swivel adjustment can also be unscrewed to easily remove the desk. It can also be unscrewed at the base.
